Tommy Guns Studios - Terms of Service
 

1. Agreement: These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern the use of "Tommy Guns Studios Website" (hereafter referred to as “Website”) by the user (hereafter referred to as “User”). By accessing or using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by these TOS.

2. Services Provided: The Website provides information and services related to wedding videography, including but not limited to: portfolio displays, pricing information, booking and payment tools, and communication tools with the Service Provider.

3. User Conduct: The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and to not use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. The User shall not upload, post, or transmit any virus or malicious code, or engage in any conduct that may interfere with the operation of the Website.

4. Payment: The User acknowledges that some services provided on the Website may require payment. The User agrees to provide accurate and complete information for any payment transactions made through the Website.

5. Modification of TOS: The Service Provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these TOS at any time. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing these TOS. Continued use of the Website following any such changes constitutes the User’s acceptance of the new TOS.

9. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or related to these TOS shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

By accessing or using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by these TOS. If the User does not agree to these TOS, the User must immediately stop using the Website.
