Our Refund Policy:

At Tommy Guns Studios, we understand that plans can change, and circumstances can arise. That's why we have established the following refund policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for our clients.
 

Retainer Fee:
A 25% retainer fee is required to secure our wedding videography services for your specific date.
Many tasks are completed during the booking process that require our time and resources. Including but not limited to: Email communications, phone calls, generating Invoices, receipts, and contacts. These tasks require time away from our normal life and families.  Therefore, our 25% retainer is non-refundable and serves as a commitment from you to us for our services prior to your wedding day. 

 

Cancellation Policy: I
In the event of a cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible.
If you cancel your wedding videography services:

• More than 60 days prior to your wedding date, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the 25% non-refundable retainer fee.

• Between 30 and 60 days prior to your wedding date, you will receive a 50% refund of the remaining balance, excluding the 25% non-refundable retainer fee.

• Less than 30 days prior to your wedding date, no refund will be issued.
   

Rescheduling Policy:
In the event of a rescheduling, please notify us as soon as possible.
If you reschedule your wedding videography services with us:

• More than 60 days prior to your original wedding date, there will be no additional fees.

• Between 30 and 60 days prior to your original wedding date, a rescheduling fee of 25% of the remaining balance will be charged.

• Less than 30 days prior to your original wedding date, a rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the remaining balance will be charged.
